Band 6 Senior Physiotherapist job available within the Musculoskeletal specialism in Cambridge, Cambridgeshire. Earn up to 26 pounds per hour in this ongoing, exciting opportunity. What you will do:

- Conduct advanced assessments and deliver treatment to patients with complex musculoskeletal conditions, ensuring high standards of care.
- Formulate detailed clinical diagnoses and physiotherapy treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
- Manage and prioritise your own autonomous caseload efficiently.
- Offer face-to-face consultations as well as video and telephone consultations.
- Lead group-based physiotherapy sessions, promoting active recovery for patients.
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments using advanced clinical reasoning to create personalised management and discharge plans.
- Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure a cohesive approach to patient care.
- Support physiotherapy services in GP clinics and surgeries as required.
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate clinical records to support ongoing patient care.

Requirements:

- You must hold a Degree or Diploma in Physiotherapy and be registered with the HCPC.
- Band 6 MSK Physiotherapy experience is essential, alongside acute NHS experience.
- You should be adept at managing varied and complex MSK caseloads and skilled in using SystmOne and Physiotools or Physitrack.
- Proficiency in advanced musculoskeletal assessment, formulating clinical diagnoses independently, and managing an autonomous caseload is necessary.
- Strong clinical reasoning, problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities are a must.
- Ideally, you will have CSP membership, experience supervising students or junior staff, and experience in delivering group rehabilitation programmes.
