What you will do

• Conduct comprehensive Occupational Therapy assessments in the homes of service users.

• Set and work towards meaningful goals to maximise independence for customers.

• Deliver specialised Occupational Therapy interventions tailored to individual needs.

• Aid service users in regaining confidence and improving their quality of life.
