What You Will Do:
- Provide strategic leadership and clinical direction for dietetic and nutrition services
- Oversee clinical governance, education, and workforce development
- Act as the organisation’s expert advisor on nutrition and dietetics
- Deliver advanced clinical care across specialist areas including ICU, renal, and gastroenterology
- Lead service development, audits, and quality improvement initiatives
- Build strong multidisciplinary relationships to enhance patient outcomes
- Support and mentor dietetic staff and students, fostering a culture of learning
- Manage budgets and resources effectively to ensure efficient service delivery
Requirements:
- HCPC registration as a Dietitian
- Extensive experience in clinical dietetics, including specialist areas
- Proven leadership and management experience
- Strong knowledge of clinical governance and service development
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
