What you will do:

• Manage a complex caseload across Early Help, Child in Need (Section 17), and Child Protection (Section 47).

• Undertake statutory assessments, risk assessments, and care planning to ensure effective interventions.

• Deliver targeted family interventions to support positive change and reduce risk.

• Lead and contribute to strategy discussions, child protection conferences, and core group meetings.

• Prepare high-quality reports for court, reviews, and multi-agency meetings, including Public Law Outline (PLO) work.

Person Specification:

• Degree in Social Work (BA/MA or equivalent) with evidence of continued professional development.

• Registered with Social Work England and hold enhanced DBS clearance.

• Strong knowledge of the Children Act 1989 and 2004, Working Together to Safeguard Children, and Public Law Outline (PLO).
