In this role, your tasks will include supporting the 0-Infants team by undertaking comprehensive assessments, working collaboratively to safeguard children, and focusing on their well-being and development. What you will do:

• Conduct pre-birth assessments and child protection conferences.

• Manage complex Child in Need cases and support PLO/Pre-proceedings.

• Develop quality court statements and assessments.

• Mentor and coach less experienced team members.

• Engage in reflective practice to improve service delivery.

• Build trusted relationships with children and families.

• Work with families to empower and encourage them.

• Be transparent and objective in decision-making.
