What you will do

• Provide specialist occupational therapy assessment and intervention for stroke patients, focusing on improving their cognitive and motor skills.
• Support early intervention and manage complex discharges from acute care settings.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop tailored care plans for each patient.
• Engage in hands-on therapy and work with patients to restore or enhance their ability to perform daily life tasks.
