What you will do:

• Provide physiotherapy assessment and treatment to clients with brain injuries.
• Manage a specialist brain injury rehabilitation caseload.
• Deliver outpatient rehabilitation interventions.
• Undertake home-based rehabilitation visits where required.
• Develop and review individualised treatment programmes.
• Work as part of a multidisciplinary rehabilitation team.
• Attend MDT meetings for BISC and Moor Green services.
• Maintain accurate patient records in line with professional standards and Trust policy.
• Delegate and provide support to Therapy Support Staff.
• Contribute to rehabilitation goals and patient-centred care planning.

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Physiotherapy.
• HCPC registration.
• Band 7 Physiotherapy experience.
• Brain Injury Rehabilitation experience.
• Neurological Rehabilitation experience.
• Experience managing complex rehabilitation caseloads.
• Ability to work autonomously.
• Experience working within multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong clinical assessment and reasoning skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Desirable Requirements:

• Community rehabilitation experience.
• Experience undertaking home visits.
• Experience supervising Therapy Support Staff.
• Smartcard status required.
