What you will do:

  • Assess, diagnose, and manage speech, language, communication, and swallowing (dysphagia) disorders in adults.
  • Develop and deliver individualised treatment and management plans for patients with complex needs.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, holistic, and effective patient care.
  • Provide education and training to patients, families, and carers on dysphagia management strategies.
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation in line with professional standards.
  • Monitor patient progress and adapt interventions accordingly to achieve optimal outcomes.

Requirements:

  • HCPC registered Speech and Language Therapist.
  • Significant experience in adult dysphagia is essential.
  • Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
