What you will do:

• Deliver a top-notch clinical pharmacy service to diverse clinical specialities, focusing on oncology.
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive patient care.
• Provide education and training in pharmacy practice, including mentorship to fellow team members.
• Manage medicines effectively at the patient bedside, ensuring optimal treatment outcomes.
• Remain up-to-date with ongoing revalidation with the GPhC and stay informed on national and local priorities.
