What you will do:

• Operate MRI equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort before, during, and after imaging procedures.
• Work collaboratively with radiologists and other medical professionals to interpret and report findings.
• Maintain accurate records and adhere to all NHS guidelines and protocols.
• Provide professional guidance and support to junior staff and trainees.

Key requirements:

You will need to be a qualified Radiographer with current registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC). At least 2 years of previous NHS MRI experience is required. While it is preferable to have a driving license, it’s not mandatory.
