What you will do

  • Supervise and support a dedicated team of social workers to deliver high-quality services for children with disabilities and their families.
  • Engage in performance and quality assurance tasks ensuring the best outcomes for the children we support.
  • Facilitate and lead multi-agency meetings to coordinate efforts and drive strategic initiatives.
  • Ensure that the voice of the child is at the forefront of practice, advocating for their needs and rights in all aspects.
  • Adapt and evolve with ongoing initiatives like the Families First transformation programme, contributing to programme successes.

Interviews will be held in person at Bracknell Forest Council Office Timesquare. The successful candidate will be required to work a minimum of three days per week from the office, allowing for a great balance of collaboration and flexibility.
