Join our team as a Band 6 Physiotherapist within the Palliative Care Team in Crawley UK earning up to 28 pounds per hour on an ongoing basis for two days per week. What you will do:

- Deliver high-quality physiotherapy services to patients receiving palliative care focusing on enhancing quality of life and comfort.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored rehabilitation plans for individuals with complex needs.
- Collaborate closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated and effective patient care.
- Provide expert advice and support to patients and their families equipping them with techniques to manage symptoms.
