What you will do
- Assessment: Conduct timely and comprehensive physiotherapy assessments on Ward 7.
- Rehabilitation Planning: Develop and implement personalised treatment and exercise programmes.
- Patient Flow: Support safe and efficient discharge planning and transitions of care.
- Clinical Collaboration: Work closely with hospital and community teams to ensure coordinated care pathways.
- Outcome Monitoring: Evaluate and review patient progress, adapting interventions as needed.
- Parallel Planning: Contribute to proactive care planning to optimise recovery outcomes.
Qualifications / Requirements
- HCPC Registration: Must be a registered Physiotherapist.
- Experience: Previous experience in acute or hospital settings is desirable.
- Clinical Skills: Strong assessment and rehabilitation planning abilities.
- Communication: Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment.
