What you will do:

- Manage a caseload of up to six patients, providing holistic care with up to an hour of daily input for each individual.
- Perform assessments, treatments, and management of neurological conditions, including strokes, spinal cord injuries, and traumatic brain injuries.
- Accurately and promptly document patient information on SystmOne, ensuring clarity and precision in records.
- Implement manual handling techniques, Resuscitation practices, and adhere to MCA/DOLS regulations.
- Drive to different locations if required, as having a valid driver's licence is essential for this role.

Requirements:

- Registration with HCPC is essential.
- SystmOne experience is considered desirable.
