What you will do:

• Conduct comprehensive Moving & Handling assessments and create detailed documentation and risk assessments.
• Perform Occupational Therapy assessments focusing on bathing and equipment provision, as well as falls risk assessments.
• Implement goal setting to help your clients achieve the best possible outcomes.

Requirements:

• You must be HCPC registered.
• A valid UK driver's licence is required for this role.
