What you will do:

• Manage an independent musculoskeletal physiotherapy caseload.
• Assess, diagnose, and treat a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to patient needs.
• Deliver comprehensive rehabilitation programmes and strategies for self-management.
• Monitor patient progress and regularly review treatment outcomes.
• Provide valuable patient education and advice.
• Ensure accurate clinical records and documentation are maintained.
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to support service delivery.
• Travel to and service multiple community locations efficiently.

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Physiotherapy.
• HCPC registration.
• Post-registration experience in MSK Physiotherapy.
• Previous NHS experience.
• Experience in managing an independent caseload and delivering evidence-based care.
• Proficiency using SystmOne.
• Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills.
• Full UK driving licence required.

Desirable:

• Community MSK Physiotherapy experience.
• Experience working across multiple clinical sites.
• Previous experience as a Band 6 Physiotherapist.
