What you will do

• Keywork a caseload of clients with severe and enduring mental illnesses, providing essential support and care.

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments within the community setting.

• Assist clients in managing their mental health effectively in real-world environments.

• Oversee medication management, ensuring proper administration and adherence to treatment plans.

• Deliver psychosocial education to clients and their support networks.

• Support the depot clinic and participate in the duty rota to ensure seamless service provision.

Requirements

• Be a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN).

• Have knowledge of RiO software, which is essential to excel in this role.
