Associate Dentist in Worcester, West Midlands

Flourish Medical is recruiting an Associate Dentist in Worcester (WR1) for a long-established mixed NHS and private practice in a highly accessible city-centre location. This position is ideal for a GDC-registered Dentist with an NHS Performer Number seeking a stable, part-time role with both NHS and private earning potential. The practice offers an established list of loyal NHS and private patients, modern digital dentistry systems, supportive dental nurses and administrators, and a strong reputation for high-quality patient care. This is an excellent opportunity for an Associate Dentist looking to grow their private portfolio while delivering essential NHS dentistry within a thriving Worcester practice.

Benefits - Associate Dentist in Worcester

• 2 days per week: Tuesdays & Fridays (8:30–17:00)
• UDA Rate: £12.00–£14.50 per UDA (dependent on experience)
• Private Income: 45–50%
