Associate Dentist – NHS & Private Opportunity (Worcester, WR1)

Flourish Medical is proud to be recruiting an Associate Dentist on behalf of a long-established, mixed NHS and private dental practice located in the heart of Worcester (WR1). This is an excellent opportunity for a dentist looking to join a welcoming, supportive team in a practice that has built a strong reputation for high-quality patient care.

This part-time role comes with an established list of NHS and private patients and the opportunity to grow a strong private portfolio within a modern, well-equipped clinical setting.

What’s on Offer:

• 2 days per week: Tuesdays (8:30–17:00) and Fridays (8:30–17:00)
• Mixed NHS & private patient list
• Modern practice with digital systems and fully equipped surgeries
• Supportive clinical and admin team, including trained dental nurse
• Excellent location in central Worcester with good transport links
• Competitive UDA rate and strong private earning potential
• Clinical freedom to use preferred materials and labs
• Mentorship available from experienced clinicians

What We’re Looking For:

• GDC-registered dentist
• NHS Performer Number (required)
• Minimum 1 year post-qualification experience in the UK
• Strong communication and patient rapport-building skills
• Confident delivering both NHS and private treatments
