What you will do:
- Conduct assessments and reviews of adult social care needs to develop personalised care plans.
- Work collaboratively with service users, families, and multi-disciplinary teams to ensure effective support and care.

- Provide guidance and support to less experienced social workers and contribute to team leadership.
- Stay updated with statutory regulations and policies to ensure all practice adheres to legal frameworks.

Requirements of the Social Worker:
- Degree or equivalent in social work.
- Current Social Work England registration.
- Significant frontline experience in Social Services within the UK working as a qualified Social Worker.
