About the Role

The London Borough of Enfield is seeking a motivated and compassionate Associate Educational Psychologist to join its Educational Psychology Service. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and provide evidence-based interventions to support children and young people with a range of developmental, emotional, and learning needs.

• Collaborate with schools, families, and multi-agency teams to develop personalised strategies that promote wellbeing and learning.

• Provide consultation and guidance to teaching and support staff, parents, and carers on psychological and educational matters.

• Contribute to the development of inclusive practices and policies within schools and the wider community.

• Maintain accurate, confidential records and produce reports in line with statutory requirements.

• Support service development initiatives, including training and workshops for professionals.

• Participate in supervision and continuous professional development activities.

Essential Requirements

• Qualified Educational Psychologist with relevant experience.

• Experience conducting psychological assessments and interventions for children and young people.

• Ability to work collaboratively with schools, families, and multi-agency teams.

• Strong communication and report-writing skills.

• Commitment to professional development and ethical practice.
