The London Borough of Enfield is seeking a motivated and compassionate Associate Educational Psychologist to join its Educational Psychology Service. Key Responsibilities

Conduct assessments and provide evidence-based interventions to support children and young people with a range of developmental, emotional, and learning needs.

Collaborate with schools, families, and multi-agency teams to develop personalised strategies that promote wellbeing and learning.

Provide consultation and guidance to teaching and support staff, parents, and carers on psychological and educational matters.

Contribute to the development of inclusive practices and policies within schools and the wider community.

Maintain accurate, confidential records and produce reports in line with statutory requirements.

Support service development initiatives, including training and workshops for professionals.

Participate in supervision and continuous professional development activities.
Essential Requirements

Qualified Educational Psychologist with relevant experience.

Experience conducting psychological assessments and interventions for children and young people.

Ability to work collaboratively with schools, families, and multi-agency teams.

Strong communication and report-writing skills.
