What you will do:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand the complex needs of individuals and families, ensuring a holistic approach to social work.
- Develop, implement, and review detailed care plans in collaboration with service users and other professionals.
- Provide expert advice and advocacy to enable service users to understand and access resources and services.
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated and tailored support.

Requirements:
- A Degree or equivalent qualification in social work.
- Current registration with Social Work England, demonstrating your professional commitment.
- Considerable frontline experience in UK Social Services as a qualified Social Worker, proving your readiness for this challenging role.
