Our Client, has a requirement for an Architect, who will be required to work on a contract basis in London or Epsom.

Role Purpose:

To deliver high-quality architectural design and technical solutions across multiple sectors, working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. The role involves leading projects from concept to completion while contributing to the design excellence and reputation of the client

Job Role Responsibilities:

• Lead and deliver architectural projects through all RIBA stages.
• Work collaboratively with architects, engineers, and designers to develop innovative, pragmatic design solutions.
• Manage design coordination with clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Prepare high-quality design documentation, presentations, and reports.
• Ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations and clients quality standards.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to the ongoing development of design culture within the studio.
• Support business development and maintain client relationships.

Experience / Skills / Knowledge / Qualifications:

• Must hold current and active SC Clearance to apply.
• RIBA Part 3 qualification and ARB registration.
• Proven experience delivering projects across Education, Transportation, Commercial, and Public sectors.
• Strong understanding of UK Building Regulations, detailing, and construction methodologies.
• Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and visualization tools such as Enscape or V-Ray.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary design teams and managing project budgets/programmes.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Highly motivated, organised, and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Passionate about design quality, sustainability, and technical excellence.
