What you’ll do:
- Support classroom learning in STEM/core subjects (Maths, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, English, Computer Science).
- Deliver 1:1 or small group support to students needing extra help, including SEN pupils.
- Assist the teacher in planning and delivering engaging, high-quality lessons.
- Contribute to enrichment activities, clubs, and mentoring programmes.
- Gain hands-on experience and professional guidance towards a teaching career.
Who we’re looking for:
- Russell Group graduates (2:1 or above) in STEM or core subjects.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to inspire students.
- Proactive, organised, and adaptable with a passion for education.
- Interest in developing a long-term career in teaching.
