What you will do:
- Build strong, trusting relationships with children, young people, families, and carers
- Assess and plan in accordance with relevant guidance and legislation
- Collaborate with multi-agency partners to mitigate risks and vulnerabilities
- Manage a varied caseload with a focus on child protection and legal proceedings
- Present in formal meetings and court settings confidently
- Provide innovative support and advice to families and carers
- Complete comprehensive assessments and formulate focused plans
- Undertake office duties and respond to crises as needed
- Contribute to service development and supervise social work students
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate records
