This is an exciting opportunity for a Full-time Locum Social Worker to join the Assessment & Staying Together Team based in Stafford. Earn £33.30 per hour with this Ongoing contract. What you will do:

- Conduct assessments to determine the needs of children and families within the community.
- Develop and implement care plans to ensure the safety and well-being of children.
- Work collaboratively with other professionals and agencies to provide supportive services.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with statutory requirements.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the ongoing development of the service.

Requirements of the Social Worker:

- Degree or equivalent in social work.
- Current registration with Social Work England.
- Significant frontline experience in UK Social Services as a qualified Social Worker, demonstrating practical knowledge and an understanding of the challenges and rewards of social work.
