Social Worker - Learning Disabilities Team in Walsall (UK), earning £28.40 hourly, invites you to embark on an exciting new opportunity. Join us between 13/10/2025 and 13/01/2026, Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 17:30, for a fulfilling role dedicated to enriching the lives of adults with learning disabilities. This full-time position offers 37 hours a week and requires candidates to have two years of post-qualifying experience in social work. A driver is essential, and please ensure you complete the attached MOU form, as CVs will be rejected without this information.

What you will do:
- Improve outcomes for adults with care and support needs, ensuring they receive the appropriate care and assistance.
- Conduct effective strengths-based assessments, planning, and direct work with adults that identifies needs in accordance with the Care Act 2014, statutory guidance, policy, and procedures.
- Undertake safeguarding duties to protect adults with care and support needs from abuse or neglect, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Practice social work in a transparent, accountable, and safe manner, adhering to professional standards, ethics, and values.
