• Manage and motivate a team of social workers and review officers to ensure performance standards and outcomes are met.
• Set priorities and allocate work to deliver effective and efficient services to service users and stakeholders.

• Promote diversity and equality, undertaking Equality Impact Assessments and addressing any instance of discrimination.
• Comply with Health and Safety regulations, undertaking duties with attention to Data Protection legislation.
• Keep abreast of new legislation and initiatives, ensuring relevant information is disseminated to the team.
