Band 5 Registered Mental Health Nurse– Bristol & Wiltshire
Location: Bristol and Wiltshire
Ad-Hoc Shifts, days/Nights

Sanctuary Personnel are seeking experienced Band 5 Registered Mental Health Nurses (RMNs) to join our team across Bristol and Wiltshire. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a leading NHS trust, providing high-quality care and support to patients in a dynamic mental health setting.

Pay Rates:

Days: £21 per hour
Nights & Saturdays: £28 per hour
Sundays & Bank Holidays: £32 per hour

Key Responsibilities of the Mental Health Nurse:

Deliver safe, effective, and person-centred care to mental health service users.
Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to support recovery and wellbeing.
Maintain accurate clinical records and contribute to care planning.
Promote therapeutic relationships with patients and support families where appropriate.

Requirements:

Current NMC registration as a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN).
Experience working in a mental health setting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Flexibility to work shifts across Bristol and Wiltshire locations.
