What you will do:
- Provide therapeutic interventions to service users through both individual sessions and group activities.
- Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualised care plans.
- Offer supervision, appraisal, and guidance to junior staff or students, enhancing their professional journey.
- Conduct comprehensive occupational assessments to identify service user needs and develop tailored interventions.
- Manage a complex caseload effectively by setting priorities and making autonomous decisions.
- Utilise your knowledge of mental health disorders, treatment models, and risk assessment principles to deliver high-quality care.
Requirements:
- HCPC-registered with post-registration experience, particularly within mental health settings.
- Skilled in intervention delivery and working as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Proven experience in supporting junior staff or students through supervision and appraisal.
- A keen understanding of mental health disorders, treatment models, and risk management.
- Ability to independently manage a complex caseload and reflect on professional practice.
- A full driving licence and willingness to travel within Beckenham as required.
