What you will do:

- Promote and support a strength-based approach to therapy intervention.
- Undertake assessments and goal setting with individuals and their carers.
- Design personalised programmes to help individuals relearn skills and regain abilities.
- Maximise independence, health, and well-being within the community.
- Conduct reviews of moving and handling, and provide specialist equipment and minor adaptations to support identified goals.

Requirements:

- Qualified Occupational Therapist with an HCPC registration number.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience.
- Preferred to be a car driver, although not essential.
