What You'll Be Doing

• Leading from the front - delivering exceptional, personalised customer experiences
• Inspiring, developing and motivating a talented in-store team
• Taking full ownership of store performance, including achieving KPIs and driving profitability
• Championing visual merchandising and in-store presentation to reflect our brand identity
• Building strong local customer relationships and identifying opportunities for growth
• Creating a warm, inclusive and empowering culture where everyone feels valued
• Promoting and delivering our in-store piercing service as a key part of the customer experience
