What You Will Do

• Work collaboratively within a core Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT) comprising a Neuropsychiatrist, Psychologist, Speech and Language Therapist, Physiotherapist, Hospital Manager, Clinical Manager, and Nursing team, across a 17-bed ward.

• Provide expert care and support in neuropsychiatry and mental health settings.

• Supervise and guide an entry-level Band 6 Occupational Therapist and an Occupational Therapy Assistant to foster a nurturing and educational environment.

• Evaluate and implement treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs, ensuring the best outcomes.

• Engage with patients to promote recovery and enhance their quality of life.

Requirements

• HCPC registration is essential.

• Minimum two years’ experience in neuropsychiatry and mental health.

• A driving licence is preferable to facilitate work activities.
