What You Will Do

Work collaboratively within a core Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT) comprising a Neuropsychiatrist, Psychologist, Speech and Language Therapist, Physiotherapist, Hospital Manager, Clinical Manager, and Nursing team, across a 17-bed ward.

Provide expert care and support in neuropsychiatry and mental health settings.

Supervise and guide an entry-level Band 6 Occupational Therapist and an Occupational Therapy Assistant to foster a nurturing and educational environment.

Evaluate and implement treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs, ensuring the best outcomes.

Engage with patients to promote recovery and enhance their quality of life.
Requirements

HCPC registration is essential.

Minimum two years’ experience in neuropsychiatry and mental health.

A driving licence is preferable to facilitate work activities.
