What you will do:
- Conduct a variety of biochemical analyses and ensure accurate results for each test conducted.
- Apply your expert skills in operating the Roche Cobas 8000 analyser and troubleshoot any technical issues to maintain smooth lab operations.
- Collaborate with a talented team of biomedical scientists to support the implementation of innovative processes and improve diagnostic pathways.
- Provide expert guidance and mentor junior staff members, enhancing the capabilities of our entire team.
- Ensure compliance with all laboratory safety and procedural guidelines to maintain a high-quality service.
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must meet the following requirements:
- HCPC registration and a relevant qualification in biomedical science or an alternative qualification.
- Post-qualifying experience within biomedical science.
- Proficiency in using the Roche Cobas 8000 analyser, showcasing your technical dexterity and analytical skill set.
