What you will do:
- Assess individuals to develop tailored physiotherapy programmes
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create holistic care plans
- Implement and evaluate programmes, leveraging physiotherapy assistants as needed
- Utilise evidence-based practices and outcome measures to drive results
- Apply your advanced knowledge of neuro physiotherapy assessments and interventions
- Demonstrate autonomy in your work and effectively prioritise tasks
Your role will provide an essential physiotherapy service by assessing, implementing (by yourself or with the help of physiotherapy assistants), and evaluating programs of person-centred care as part of the multi-disciplinary team. The specialist neurological care centre in Hertfordshire caters to adults over 18 with a variety of neurological conditions. Requirements of the Physiotherapist:
- Qualified Physiotherapist, holding a degree or equivalent
- Experience in neuro rehabilitation
- Registration with the HCPC as a Physiotherapist in the UK
- Previous exposure to NHS settings is a bonus but not mandatory
