As a Graduate Russell Group Teaching assistant, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

- Provide 1:1 and small group support, tailoring interventions to meet the needs of individual students
- Encourage progress, independence, and resilience in students of all abilities
- Gain first-hand experience in lesson planning, behaviour management, and differentiation
Graduate Russell Group Teaching Assistant: Candidate Specification
- A 2:1 or above degree in English, Maths, Science, Humanities, Psychology, or a related subject (Russell Group university preferred)
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts clearly
- A proactive, resilient, and enthusiastic attitude towards supporting learning
- An interest in pursuing a future career in teaching, education, or child development
- Previous tutoring, mentoring, or classroom experience is desirable but not essential
