Graduate Russell Group Teaching Assistant: Candidate Specification

• A 2:1 or above degree in English, Maths, Science, Humanities, Psychology, or a related subject (Russell Group university preferred)
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts clearly
• A proactive, resilient, and enthusiastic attitude towards supporting learning
• An interest in pursuing a future career in teaching, education, or child development
• Previous tutoring, mentoring, or classroom experience is desirable but not essential
