Paying £28,000 - £30,000 + monthly bonus of £100-£150.

We're looking for a Store Manager to take charge of a thriving retail location - someone who can inspire a team, deliver outstanding service, and help shape the future of specialist retail.
What You'll Do
As Store Manager, you'll be the driving force behind the store's success. You'll:
- Take full ownership of day-to-day operations and performance
- Lead, coach, and develop your team to deliver exceptional service and hit ambitious sales targets
- Build strong relationships with customers and create a community-focused store environment
- Implement innovative strategies to drive footfall and boost customer engagement
- Ensure impeccable standards of visual merchandising and stock presentation
- Manage store administration, including health & safety, compliance, and cash handling
- Collaborate with wider business teams to support promotions, marketing campaigns, and growth initiatives
