Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Supporting classroom teachers in delivering engaging STEM lessons

• Providing 1:1 and small group interventions to improve student understanding in Maths and/or Science

• Assisting with practicals, experiments, and project work

• Helping plan and organise classroom activities

• Building positive relationships and supporting students’ academic and personal growth

• Developing the skills and confidence needed to move into teaching or educational roles in STEM

What We’re Looking For:

To be successful, you’ll need:

• A 2:1 degree (or above) in a STEM subject (e.g. Maths, Physics, Chemistry, Engineering, Computer Science)

• Strong A-Level and GCSE results

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• A proactive, adaptable, and enthusiastic attitude

• A genuine interest in education and a desire to make a difference

Any experience working with young people (tutoring, mentoring, volunteering) is a bonus—but not essential.
