A welcoming SEN school in Ilford is seeking a dedicated Graduate 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team in September 2025. This is a full-time, long-term role, working closely with a pupil who requires tailored, one-to-one support throughout the school day.

The Role – Graduate 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant:

• Provide 1:1 support to a student with autism, ADHD, or speech and language needs.
• Assist with learning, behaviour, and personal development under the guidance of teachers and therapists.
• Implement individual education plans (IEPs) and behaviour strategies.
• Encourage independence, confidence, and social interaction.
• Create a safe, structured, and inclusive environment where every child can thrive.

• Weekly pay up to £650.
• Full-time, term-time only (Monday–Friday).

Ideal Candidate – Graduate 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant:

• A recent graduate (Psychology, Education, or related subject preferred).
• Excellent communication skills with patience and empathy.
• Resilient, adaptable, and motivated to work in an SEN school setting.
• Previous SEN or child-related experience is desirable but not essential.
