NEW Job Opportunity! - Senior Contracts Advisor - Initial 12 Month Outside IR35 Contract
Our Client has a requirement for a Senior Contracts Advisor, who will be required to work on a contract basis in Kingston Upon Thames.
Rate: Negotiable dependent on experience
IR35 Status: Outside IR35
Hybrid: 3 days office 2 days home
Purpose of the position: As Senior Contracts Advisor you will be involved in negotiating with external parties and managing comprehensive contract activities, including analysis, drafting, and qualification. You will also support internal teams in tendering and project execution while coordinating with key corporate departments to ensure alignment and efficiency, reporting directly to the Head of Contract Management.

- Assist the business in contract negotiations and successful project delivery
- Contribute to the success of commercial proposals with a distribution of risks and based on terms acceptable to the Company.
- Support the completion of projects within time and budget; contribute to the mitigation of risks and the maximization of profits resulting from the execution of projects.
- Acting not only as a functional expert but also and above all as trusted advisor and business partner across the Company.
- Ensure our clients standard contracting rules are adequately applied to all contracts, both with customers and suppliers/subcontractors, always in consideration of the perceived level of risks that each of them involves.
- Acquire a strong knowledge of Our clients global organization, services and assets.
What are we looking for?
Required:
- Proven experience on similar role.
- Law degree or similar.
- Proficiency in professional English writing.
- Strong legal expertise, including LOGIC, FIDIC, Incoterms, Norwegian Law (preferred), and both common and civil law systems with a focus on contract law and partnership agreements.
- Good knowledge of the Company’s core business areas such as EPC contracts, platform components, Offshore plants and subsea fields installation.
- Meticulous in contract preparation and management, ensuring legal compliance.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to assess risks, make informed decisions, and align actions with short- and long-term business goals while adapting to market trends and organizational needs.
