What You Will Do

  • Manage a defined caseload of service users in the community with complex mental health needs.

  • Conduct holistic assessments using the Single Assessment Process, Risk Assessment tools, Mental State examinations, and integrated clinical notes systems.

  • Promote mental health awareness and work collaboratively with primary care providers, statutory agencies, and community partners.

  • Provide supervision to students on placement and contribute to the learning and development of colleagues.

  • Accountable To: Team Leader

  • Reports To: CMHT Team Manager
