Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant – Key Responsibilities

• Provide tailored support to pupils with SEN in 1:1 and small group settings

Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant – Who We’re Looking For

We’re searching for a caring, driven graduate who meets the following criteria:

• A minimum 2:1 degree in Psychology or a related field
• Genuine interest in SEN, child development, and mental health support
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Patient, empathetic, and proactive approach
• Previous experience working with children or young people with SEN (e.g., in education, youth work, care, or tutoring) – desirable
• Aspiration to pursue further training or careers in education, psychology, or youth services
