Your Key Responsibilities
As a Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:

Provide targeted 1:1 and small group support for pupils with additional needs (e.g. autism, ADHD, speech and language challenges)

Work closely with class teachers to adapt lessons and materials for diverse learning needs

Foster essential skills like communication, independence, and confidence in pupils

Support the school’s behaviour and inclusion strategies to ensure a calm, positive classroom environment

Monitor and report progress to the SENCo and wider teaching team
Who We’re Looking For

Achieving a 2:1 or higher (Psychology, Education, or related subjects preferred)

Experienced in supporting children or young people with SEN—whether through schools, care work, or voluntary roles
