Your Responsibilities
As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will:

Support students across a range of subjects, primarily at Key Stages 3 and 4

Provide 1:1 or small group support to help pupils overcome barriers to learning

Assist teaching staff with lesson preparation, classroom management, and resource organisation

Help maintain a focused, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment

Contribute to the academic and personal development of pupils by promoting confidence, motivation, and resilience

Take part in school-wide initiatives and extracurricular activities where appropriate
Who We’re Looking For
We are looking for a graduate who:

Holds a 2:1 degree or above in any subject (Education, English, Psychology, Maths, or Science particularly welcomed)

Has experience working with young people in any setting (e.g., tutoring, mentoring, youth work, volunteering)

Is enthusiastic, professional, and eager to learn

Demonstrates strong communication and interpersonal skills

Is considering a career in education, teaching, or a related field
