A friendly and high-performing primary school in Telford is looking for a dedicated Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant to join their team from September 2025. This full-time, paid role offers an excellent opportunity to gain valuable classroom experience—ideal for graduates considering a future in teaching.

Your Role Will Include:

• Supporting teaching and learning across Key Stage 1 and 2

• Leading small group activities in literacy and numeracy

• Providing one-to-one support for pupils who need additional help

• Assisting with lesson planning and classroom organisation

• Helping to create a positive and engaging learning environment

We’re Looking For:

• A graduate with a 2:1 degree or above (Education, English, Psychology, or similar fields preferred)

• Someone enthusiastic, proactive, and passionate about working with children

• Previous experience with young people (tutoring, mentoring, volunteering) is a plus

• Full-time commitment from September 2025 to July 2026
