What You’ll Do
As a Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:

Provide targeted support for pupils with additional needs, such as autism, ADHD, or communication challenges

Work alongside teachers to adapt learning materials for individual pupils

Help students build essential life skills including confidence, independence, and emotional regulation

Contribute to positive behaviour strategies that support an inclusive learning environment

Monitor and report on pupil progress to the SENCo and wider teaching team
Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a compassionate, driven graduate who:

Holds a 2:1 degree or above in Psychology, Education, or a related field

Has experience working with children or young people with SEN (through schools, volunteering, or care settings)

Approaches support with empathy, patience, and adaptability

Is committed to pursuing a long-term career in education, child development, or therapeutic support
