What You’ll Do

As a Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Provide targeted support for pupils with additional needs, such as autism, ADHD, or communication challenges

• Work alongside teachers to adapt learning materials for individual pupils

• Help students build essential life skills including confidence, independence, and emotional regulation

• Contribute to positive behaviour strategies that support an inclusive learning environment

• Monitor and report on pupil progress to the SENCo and wider teaching team

Who We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a compassionate, driven graduate who:

• Holds a 2:1 degree or above in Psychology, Education, or a related field

• Has experience working with children or young people with SEN (through schools, volunteering, or care settings)

• Approaches support with empathy, patience, and adaptability

• Is committed to pursuing a long-term career in education, child development, or therapeutic support
