What you will do:

- Conduct comprehensive assessments and create bespoke intervention plans to support young people with complex needs
- Collaborate with school and residential staff to ensure a holistic approach to each young person's education and care
- Deliver engaging workshops, training sessions, and consultations to enhance the educational and therapeutic environment
- Support the creation of therapeutic living and learning spaces based on clinical assessment and formulation
- Engage with colleagues to formulate and implement interventions tailored to individual needs

- A qualified Occupational Therapist registered with the HCPC
- Experienced in delivering therapeutic interventions for children with complex needs
- Skilled in guiding and supporting teams to deliver clinically informed care
