What you will do:

• Lead and inspire a team of social workers and support staff, fostering an environment of collaboration and excellence.
• Oversee the screening of referrals, ensuring robust and thorough assessments of both safeguarding concerns and early help requests.
• Utilize a variety of screening tools to expertly identify needs and risks, ensuring families receive timely and tailored intervention.
