What you will do:

• Conduct assessments and plans by working collaboratively with adult-focused practitioners

• Support children and families facing challenges such as complex neglect, sexual and physical harm, and child exploitation

• Engage with parents and the wider family network using Family Group Conferencing

• Empower families to identify strengths and implement positive changes

• Collaborate with other professionals to create comprehensive care strategies

If you thrive on making meaningful impacts and are keen on relationship-based social work, this role is perfect for you. You will need to be a qualified social worker registered with Social Work England, with experience in children's services within a Local Authority team. Experience in family courts is a plus. A full driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential, as our beautiful region awaits your exploration.
