What you will do:

• Provide high-quality occupational therapy services to adults in social care settings
• Assess and identify service users’ needs and create tailored intervention plans
• Collaborate closely with council colleagues and external partners to achieve person-centred outcomes
• Implement strength-based approaches to service delivery, maximising the use of available resources
• Adhere to organisational policies and legislative requirements, including The Care Act, Mental Capacity Act, and Mental Health Act
• Proactively promote and support safeguarding policies to ensure the welfare of service users

Requirements:

• Must be HPCP registered
• A full, valid driving licence is required to visit service users across Medway
